In terms of troubleshooting, there are a few common issues that may arise. If the unit does not operate on any speed or pulse, it's important to ensure that the unit is plugged in, the outlet is working, and the lid is latched in place. The large food pusher must also be in the chute for the unit to operate, and the food chute should not be overfilled.
